This site is dedicated to the dates of the holy month of Ramadan.
The Islamic calendar follows the phases of the moon also known as the lunar cycle. This means that every year, Ramadan comes ten days earlier in the Gregorian calendar.
Since the dates are based on the phases of the moon, the dates may vary by a few days. However, it is predicted that Ramadan in 2025 will start on the 28th of February and end on the 30th of March.
Ramadan in 2024 was observed between the 11th of March and 9th of April. Again due to the nature of moon sightings some countries may have observed different dates.
